  • Authors with multiple papers should contact the organizing committee in order to determine sensible ways to combine registration costs.

  • All papers, posters and Ph.D. Forum papers that are included in the Proceedings and the final program must be presented, otherwise IEEE will remove “no show” papers from the official FPL program, the FPL Proceedings, and the Xplore system.
  • Registration costs were kept to a minimum possible, to account for the extra costs that may be associated with traveling to Chania, as well as transportation from the Chania Airport (airport name I. Daskalogiannis, airport code CHQ) to the venue and back.
  • The FPL 2011 organizing committee is making every effort to provide the maximum level of services to the attendees, and so full lunches (buffet style but with many choices of cooked food) will be included in the registration costs for all attendees (including student registrations) for all three days of the conference (Sept. 5-7). Also, the registration cost will include participation to the gala event for all attendees (including those with student registrations and Ph.D. Forum registrations), so that interaction among conference participants will be maximized.
